Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. 2Add broccoli, cook 3-4 minutes until tender.
