15-Minute Veggie Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers (any color)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.
- 2Add broccoli, cook 3-4 minutes until tender.
- 3Add bell peppers, garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes more.
- 4Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and ginger.
- 5Cook for an additional minute to combine flavors.
