Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lemons, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add garlic, cook 30 sec until fragrant.
  3. 3Add shrimp, cook 2-3 min per side until pink.
  4. 4Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle parsley; stir.
  5. 5If using wine, add and simmer 1 min.
