Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella ball
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze or vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  2. 2Cut mozzarella into similar-sized pieces as the tomatoes.
  3. 3Gently combine tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate.
  4. 4Top with diced avocado in small mounds.
