Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, minced
- Salt, pepper, and dill to taste
- Whole grain bread to serve
Instructions
- 1Flake tuna into a bowl. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
- 2Season with salt, pepper, and dill. Mix gently.
- 3Fold in avocado cubes. Be gentle to keep them chunky.
- 4Serve on whole grain bread or with crackers.
