Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup and fresh berries to serve
Instructions
- 1Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 2Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat with a light coating of butter or oil.
- 3Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- 4Cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on surface, flip, cook 1 minute more.
- 5Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.
