Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried or canned black beans, drained
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion and garlic in a large skillet until softened.
  2. 2Add black beans, taco seasoning; stir to combine.
  3. 3Cook 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
  4. 4Warm tortillas by wrapping in damp paper towel and microwaving 20 sec.
