Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, butterflied or pounded flat
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. 2Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. 3Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on each chicken breast.
  4. 4Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  5. 5Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken rolls 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6Transfer to oven and bake 15-18 minutes until internal temp reaches 165F.
  7. 7Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
