Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. 2Refrigerate mixture 15-20 minutes until firm enough to handle.
  3. 3Roll into 1-inch balls (about 20 total).
  4. 4Place on a parchment-lined plate. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. 5Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
