Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- 2Refrigerate mixture 15-20 minutes until firm enough to handle.
- 3Roll into 1-inch balls (about 20 total).
- 4Place on a parchment-lined plate. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 5Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
