Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 3 tbsp parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2Toss zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- 4Spread zucchini in a single layer. Top with breadcrumb mixture.
- 5Broil 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Watch closely.
