Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3 tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
