Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 4 pita breads and cherry tomatoes to serve
Instructions
- 1Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).
- 2Make tzatziki: mix cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, and a pinch of salt.
- 3Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
- 4Warm pita on the grill. Assemble souvlaki with chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes.
