Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sesame seeds and green onions to serve
Instructions
- 1Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for the sauce.
- 2Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken skin-side down 5-6 minutes until golden.
- 4Flip chicken, pour sauce over, reduce heat to medium-low.
- 5Cover and cook 15-18 minutes until internal temp reaches 165F.
- 6Uncover, increase heat slightly, and baste until sauce thickens and caramelizes.
- 7Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice.
