Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Mix Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4Reduce heat to medium-low. Brush honey mustard sauce over pork chops.
  5. 5Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until internal temp reaches 145F.
  6. 6Rest 5 minutes before serving with the pan sauce spooned over.
