Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Mix Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder.
- 2Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side.
- 4Reduce heat to medium-low. Brush honey mustard sauce over pork chops.
- 5Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until internal temp reaches 145F.
- 6Rest 5 minutes before serving with the pan sauce spooned over.
