Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano and Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh parmesan and pasta to serve
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Mix with all meatball ingredients until just combined.
- 3Form into 2-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
- 4Bake 20-22 minutes until cooked through to 160F.
- 5Simmer meatballs in marinara sauce for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta with parmesan.

Freeze raw or cooked meatballs up to 3 months. Cooked in sauce keeps 4 days.
