Ingredients
- 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Cook shrimp in a single layer 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
- 4Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds.
- 5Add wine/broth and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.
- 6Return shrimp. Toss with parsley. Serve immediately over rice or with crusty bread.
