Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Cook shrimp in a single layer 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
  4. 4Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds.
  5. 5Add wine/broth and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.
  6. 6Return shrimp. Toss with parsley. Serve immediately over rice or with crusty bread.
