Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Steamed rice and avocado to serve

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Coat salmon fillets in the marinade.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook salmon skin-side down 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4Flip, pour remaining marinade in the pan, baste salmon.
  5. 5Cook 3-4 more minutes until salmon is cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
  6. 6Serve over rice with sliced avocado.
