Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Steamed rice and avocado to serve
Instructions
- 1Whisk maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder.
- 2Coat salmon fillets in the marinade.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook salmon skin-side down 3-4 minutes.
- 4Flip, pour remaining marinade in the pan, baste salmon.
- 5Cook 3-4 more minutes until salmon is cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
- 6Serve over rice with sliced avocado.
