Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions to garnish
  • Steamed rice to serve

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk miso, mirin, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil into a glaze.
  2. 2Coat salmon fillets in glaze. Marinate 15 minutes (or up to 24 hours refrigerated).
  3. 3Preheat broiler. Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. 4Broil 4-5 minutes until glaze caramelizes and fish flakes easily.
  5. 5Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over steamed rice.
