Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and green onions to garnish
- Steamed rice to serve
Instructions
- 1Whisk miso, mirin, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil into a glaze.
- 2Coat salmon fillets in glaze. Marinate 15 minutes (or up to 24 hours refrigerated).
- 3Preheat broiler. Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet.
- 4Broil 4-5 minutes until glaze caramelizes and fish flakes easily.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over steamed rice.
