Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausages (pork or chicken)
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chunked
- 1 yellow onion, chunked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 425F.
- 2Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan.
- 3Roast potatoes 15 minutes. Push to the edges.
- 4Toss sausages and veggies with remaining oil and Italian seasoning.
- 5Add to center of pan. Roast 15-18 minutes, turning sausages halfway.
- 6Serve directly from the pan with mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
