Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and rice to serve
Instructions
- 1Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Form into 1.5-inch balls.
- 2Bake at 400F on a foil-lined sheet for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 3Meanwhile, simmer honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small pan 2-3 minutes.
- 4Toss cooked meatballs in the sriracha-honey glaze.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
