Sriracha Honey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds and rice to serve

Instructions

  1. 1Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Form into 1.5-inch balls.
  2. 2Bake at 400F on a foil-lined sheet for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
  3. 3Meanwhile, simmer honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small pan 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4Toss cooked meatballs in the sriracha-honey glaze.
  5. 5Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
