Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    1Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  1. 2Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. 3Sear beef in batches, 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. 4Add broccoli with 2 tbsp water, cover, steam 2 minutes.
  4. 5Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Return beef, add remaining soy sauce.
  5. 6Toss everything together, serve over rice.
