Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce.- 2Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- 3Sear beef in batches, 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- 4Add broccoli with 2 tbsp water, cover, steam 2 minutes.
- 5Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Return beef, add remaining soy sauce.
- 6Toss everything together, serve over rice.
