Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

    1Preheat oven to 425°F.
  1. 2Toss chicken and vegetables with fajita seasoning and 1 tbsp oil.
  2. 3Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  3. 4Roast 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. 5Warm tortillas in the microwave or dry skillet.
  5. 6Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
