Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F.- 2Toss chicken and vegetables with fajita seasoning and 1 tbsp oil.
- 3Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- 4Roast 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 5Warm tortillas in the microwave or dry skillet.
- 6Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
