Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika, salt, pepper
Instructions
1Pat chicken dry and season generously with paprika, salt, and pepper.- 2Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Sear chicken skin-side down for 5-6 minutes until golden.
- 4Flip chicken, add garlic and lemon slices around the chicken.
- 5Transfer to 400°F oven for 15-18 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- 6Rest 5 minutes, serve with pan juices spooned over.
