Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.- 2While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add shrimp and garlic, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- 4Toss in drained pasta with pasta water as needed.
- 5Sprinkle with parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- 6Serve immediately with parmesan if desired.
