Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lb asparagus or green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tsp dill, salt, pepper
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 400°F.- 2Arrange vegetables on sheet pan, toss with 1 tbsp oil and season.
- 3Roast vegetables 8 minutes.
- 4Push veggies aside, place salmon fillets on pan.
- 5Drizzle salmon with remaining oil, season with dill, salt, pepper, and lemon.
- 6Return to oven 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
